Enhancing brand identity and customer experience

Van Velze & Smith, a small startup, had already established its brand with a logo, website, product imagery and social media presence. Through the brands growth, the Directors saw an opportunity to create a more cohesive identity and refined execution that better reflected the brand’s high standards. The website needed to align more closely with its brand positioning, product imagery could be elevated to showcase its premium quality and its approach to social media and advertising could be more consistent.

To build on these foundations, we refined the existing logo, crafting a sharper, more sophisticated visual identity that captured the luxury and practicality at VVS’s core. We relaunched its Shopify selling platform, strengthening the structure, content and SEO foundation to improve discoverability and sales. Updated product photography ensured the brand’s high standards were reflected across all touchpoints. Finally, we introduced print and content elements to enhance the customer experience, creating a seamless journey from purchase to product delivery.
